A Drive for Fuel Efficiency

This event took place at the Henry Ford College in Loughborough University. 
Chairman Professor Nick Vaughan from Cranfield University introduced the seminar to the audience. Prof Duncan Dowson talked about the importance of tribology to industrial technology. Several other topics such as fuel efficiency, friction on piston skirts and rings, measurement of engine performance, friction in modern engines and others were also presented.
